License and attribution

SEC filings are public records. The compilation is CC BY 4.0: credit "Data: Conduit.loans (conduit.loans)" with a link. Conduit.loans is published by Janover Capital LLC. Nothing returned is a loan offer, a quote or an appraisal.

Questions

Is there a cost or an API key?

No. The server is free, read-only and needs no key or sign-in. Please cite the conduit.loans page or the SEC filing that comes back with each answer.

Where does the data come from?

The latest SEC ABS-EE filing (Regulation AB Schedule AL) of each public CMBS trust holding conduit loans originated in the last 12 months. The server reads the same figures as the loan sizer and the underwriting page on this site.

Is the sized loan an offer?

No. It is the arithmetic of the three sizing tests on what closed loans were underwritten to. A lender also weighs the sponsor, the property and the market, and current terms can differ.
